1. To provide “Operating Standard” to manufacturing for all samples and mass productions.2. To participate in “Task Force” for process optimization.3. To participate in Yield Improvement Plan in the designated Process.4. To evaluate new processes and new equipments for quality improvement/cost reductions/better efficiency/higher manufacturability…etc.5. To evaluate new products/processes for “Technology upgrading”.6. To provide “Capability Studies” for existing processes on a periodic basis.7. To conduct training/briefing to manufacturing on Technology/Capability工作内容:1. To review quality status and process operation every day to ensure process in under control.2. To ensure designated projects by superiors completed in time.3. To analysis and compiled capability studies and trend of all processes.4. To generate and update Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans for equipment in designated process.5. Participating in the internal audit team to ensure quality systems are strictly implemented and followed in the company6. Ensure QTA job quality and night shift coverage任职资格:◆ 教育背景:大专或以上◆ 培训经历1. PCB 知识培训2. FMEASPC 培训3. Lean 6 Sigma 培训◆ 经验:在Mech尤其是routing 工艺 有2年以上工作经验。◆ 技能技巧:1.熟悉FMEA,CP,SPC使用工具及Office软件（Excel/Word/PPT）2.熟悉RoutingBlankingV-cut 工艺，了解ET3.主导品质改善,并达到品质目标4.流程的优化及能力提升5.降低成本6.好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧职能类别：产品工艺/制程工程师
